NXTGEN is collaborating with a reputable client who is expanding their Insolvency team at their Norwich office. They are seeking an Insolvency Administrator due to the firm's significant growth over the past 18 months. In this role, you'll be joining a top-tier firm recognised for their training, progression pathway as well as their reputation in handling insolvency and restructuring cases. As an Insolvency Administrator, you will play a key role in managing a varied portfolio of insolvency cases from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for meeting all statutory obligations, offering strategic advice to stakeholders, and assisting Insolvency Managers and Partners in delivering top-quality insolvency services. This position is perfect for either an experienced insolvency professional looking to advance their career or someone who is interested in developing a career in Insolvency and has limited experience to date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations, and bankruptcies.
  • Investigate directors' conduct and company affairs, preparing necessary reports.
  • Draft and review statutory reports and documents, ensuring compliance with insolvency laws and regulations.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Support Managers and Partners in the strategic planning and execution of case strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in insolvency administration.
  • An understanding of insolvency legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and professional attitude.
