The Role:

Managing and supporting a team of Payroll Associates and Administrators 

Overseeing payroll processing, ensuring compliance with AML and GDPR regulations.

Handling client queries and managing expectations.

Delivering payroll training and updating policies and procedures.

Overseeing P11D processing and annual payroll-related events.

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in payroll processing and team leadership.

Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
