Sonic Summary

The job opportunity is for a Sales Valuer in the suburbs of Norwich.
The successful candidate will earn a basic salary of up to £35,000 with an OTE of £45,000 - £55,000.
Candidates must have previous valuations experience and strong interpersonal skills.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 6.00pm, with Saturdays on a rota basis.
A UK driving license and access to a car are required, along with the ability to work both individually and as part of a team.

The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:

Basic salary up to £35,000
OTE £45,000 - £55,000

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm
Saturday's on a rota basis between 10.00am - 3.00pm

Sales Valuer requirements:

Previous valuations experience
Strong interpersonal skills
UK driving license and access to own car
Ability to work well as part of a team, as well as, individually
Organisational skills
Driven to exceed set targets

As a Sales Valuer, your role will include but not be limited to:

Listing properties to the market and gaining market share in area
Photographing properties
Attending Valuations
Gaining Instructions
Closing for business
