Job: Scrum Master

Location: Norwich/East Anglia

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE

Are you passionate about agile methodologies and eager to drive meaningful change in the tech sector? My client are looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to join their team.

Your Role:

As an Scrum Master, you will support the IT teams by ensuring adherence to scrum principles and promoting an agile culture. You will coach, mentor, and empower teams to self-organise and continuously improve their processes. Your understanding of team challenges will help enhance agile practices, improve operational efficiencies, and foster collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate collaborative meetings and workshops to ensure open communication and consensus.
  • Identify and address conflicts and impediments within teams, resolving issues proactively.
  • Define and track key agile metrics to measure progress and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Advocate for agile principles and practices, gaining support for agile initiatives.
  • Work closely with IT analysts, project managers, QA, and IT leadership to ensure successful delivery of IT initiatives.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Deep knowledge of scrum principles, practices, and events.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent stakeholder management.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a solid technical background as a scrum master.
  • Agile scrum master qualifications are required.
