About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to oversee and drive our organisation's EHS initiatives across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities

  • EHS Leadership: Develop, implement, and monitor group-wide health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant safety and environmental standards.
  • Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Training & Awareness: Design and deliver EHS training programs to employees at all levels, fostering a safety-first culture.
  • Sustainability: Lead environmental initiatives, energy efficiency projects.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyse EHS performance metrics, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Audit & Inspection: Conduct regular EHS audits to ensure consistency across multiple sites and continuous improvement.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency response plans to handle incidents effectively.

About You

  • Qualifications: Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • Certifications: NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent certifications
  • Experience: Proven track record in a senior EHS management role within a multi-site, industrial, or corporate environment.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of environmental regulations, sustainability practices, and safety management systems.
