Your new companyOur client is seeking an experienced Assistant People Partner to join their growing team. You will be the first point of contact for all HR queries and support managers on all people related matters including, general HR enquiries, disciplinaries/ grievances and employment law.Our client can offer continued training development and support including future CIPD qualifications. Your new role

  • Support staff on matters relating to health, wellbeing and employment
  • Assist and advise managers in the use of employment policy
  • Leading on HR Casework/ activities as directed by HR Manager
  • Assist in reviewing and streamlining HR processes

What you'll need to succeed

  • CIPD Qualified
  • At least 12 months relevant HR experience
  • Good general knowledge of employment law
  • Experience of maintaining accurate information/ records
