Atrium Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a client for the position of HR Advisor.
Our client, a well-regarded organisation in the social care sector, is committed to delivering outstanding care and support services.
They are looking for a skilled HR Advisor with experience in social care to join their team. The HR Advisor will collaborate closely with the HR Manager, taking responsibility for overseeing HR processes related to employee matters, such as disciplinary actions, conducting investigations, and managing grievances.
This is a full-time, office-based position offering a salary up to £35,000, depending on experience, along with a company bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
·Provide comprehensive HR guidance and support to managers and staff on various HR-related matters.
·Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, and employee onboarding.
·Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with current legislation and best practices.
·Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary matters, grievances, and performance management.
·Support employee development through training programs and career progression opportunities.
·Stay up-to-date on employment law and regulations, especially those relevant to the social care sector.
Qualifications and Experience:
·CIPD Level 5 qualification is essential.
·Proven experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or in a similar role within the social care sector.
·Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and GDPR regulations.
·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
·Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
·Proficient in IT and HR information systems.
