- Providing advice and guidance to managers regarding all areas of HR areas following Company policy and current legislation (with an eye on future updates and practically applying these as applicable).
- Support managers in dealing with performance, investigations, disciplinary, grievance and absence management.
- Ensure Probation periods are fully utilised, for all parties to determine if the role is the right fit for them.
- As part of the team, work across projects, such as system implementations, restructures, growth strategies, acquisitions and change management, culture change and more.
- Have previous experience working in an HR or ER role. With strong knowledge and evidence of the application of HR Practices, and policies aligned to employment law.
- Able to make decisions and problem-solve.
- Demonstrate the ability to escalate critical issues, when needed.
- Have strong IT skills across Microsoft Packages, with a high level of IT literacy and experience of utilising technology to streamline processes.
- Experienced in utilising HRIS to support business.
