Gap personnel are seeking to recruit an Industrial Account Manager to join our Norwich branch & become a key part of the team in January 2025;

Salary – +£26,000-£29,000 Negotiable depending on experience, uncapped bonus scheme.

Key Priorities of the role are:

  • Managing a warm industrial desk to maximise business
  • Creating new business opportunities & negotiating terms with clients
  • Ensuring clients receive the highest level of customer service at all times
  • Managing recruitment activity through all channels to fulfil client requirements
  • Takes an active lead in all branch accounts, ensuring service levels are reviewed, managed & improvements are put in place when needed.
  • Achievement of agreed targets, financial & non-financial.
  • Ensure we operate to compliance standards & all employment legislation
  • Represent gap personnel to the best standards
  •  

The Successful candidate will demonstrate;

  • Client management skills, with a track record of retaining & managing business.
  • Background in developing Industrial recruitment desks
  • Experience in finding and winning new business
  • Ability to attract & recruit candidates in line with our client needs
  • Have experience of managing clients & providing solutions to their needs
  • Have your own transport
