2nd Line Support Technician

Are you someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment in a customer facing role? Resolving a variety of 1st/2nd Line level tickets, and contributing toward exciting projects? We are seeking an experienced 2nd Line Technician to resolve 1st and , resolving issues remotely and at client sites when required. This will also include planning and delivering a range of projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a 1st or 2nd Line level IT Support related role (Minimum 2 years working in IT).
  • Previous experience working in Service Desk environment.
  • Comfortable providing remote IT support.
  • Understanding of Networking fundamentals
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive.
