3rd Line Support Technician

Are you someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment in a customer facing role? Resolving a variety of 3rd Line level tickets and delivering exciting projects? We are seeking an experienced 2nd/3rd Line Technician to act as the escalation point for the Service Desk, resolving issues remotely and at client sites when required. This will also include planning and delivering a range of projects.
Please note all potential candidates must have a full UK driving license and access to their own vehicle. This role offers flexibility for remote working, as well as office time with a great company culture.
Requirements:
- Experience in a Senior level IT Support related role (Minimum 3/4 years working in IT).
- Demonstrable experience of planning, delivering and leading specific IT projects.
- Previous experience working in Service Desk environment.
- Comfortable providing remote and customer facing support.
- Strong Networking skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive.
- Strong knowledge of Cloud platforms.
- Ability to install on PCs, Macs, tablets, and phones.
