Location: Norfolk / East Anglia (Hybrid/On-site)

Salary: Competitive, DOE - Circa £35-40k

The Role

We are looking for an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our team, replacing a recently departed colleague. This role will involve supporting a variety of clients, troubleshooting complex IT issues, and implementing solutions across Microsoft, Networks, VoIP, and virtualised environments (Hyper-V).

Key Responsibilities

Provide 3rd Line support for client IT systems, ensuring smooth operations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Microsoft environments, networking, and VoIP systems. Work on virtualised environments, particularly Hyper-V. Assist with infrastructure projects and system upgrades. Engage with clients across Norfolk and East Anglia, providing both remote and on-site support. Collaborate with the wider team to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience in a 3rd Line IT support role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory). Experience with Networking (firewalls, switches, routers) and VoIP systems. Familiarity with Hyper-V and virtualised environments. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Full UK driving licence (preferred, due to on-site client visits).
