Job title: IT Service Desk AnalystLocation: Onsite - NorwichContract Duration: until 31st May + ExtDay rate: up to £105/day inside IR35Working hours: 8am - 6pm - 30 mins for lunchMaximum 1 weeks' notice periodWe are currently working with a firm who are looking to bring in an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide 1st line IT Support to users across a number of sites. The IT Service Desk Analyst will be required to log and manage incoming calls through to resolution.
The position of IT Service Desk Analyst requires a solid technical ability and a structured approach to troubleshooting, problem-solving. In addition, the IT Service Desk Analyst will require strong inter-personal skills are required to guide customers through situations, providing the highest levels of customer support and satisfaction.
Essential skills - IT Service Desk Analyst:
- Past experience in IT
- MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work in a pressurised environment
Desirable skills - IT Service Desk Analyst:
- ITIL certification
