- Creating and approving engineering parts, documentation, and Bills of Material for release to manufacture and procurement.
- Assisting with the company's change management process, maintaining product structures and configuration items while ensuring the integrity of revised parts and documentation.
- Adhering to agreed best practice policies and approved operating procedures in line with Configuration Management Principles and processes.
- Managing engineering permission settings and ensuring efficient and timely transfer of completed work and documentation in line with the Configuration Manager/Company's requirements and timescale.
- Assisting the Configuration and Engineering Support Manager with general engineering administration duties.
- An HND Qualification in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent working experience within a similar role.
- Experience in design, support, or manufacturing processes/procedures.
- Familiarity with technical drawings, schematics, and Bills of Materials.
- Experience working with an ERP system.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent administration skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A strong sense of honesty and integrity.
- Flexibility and the ability to work effectively in a small team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
