What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Paraplanner, you’ll collaborate closely with our Financial Advisers and colleagues to provide high-quality technical support, ensuring clients receive clear, tailored advice. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting detailed reviews of client files to fully understand their financial objectives and circumstances.
  • Identifying any missing documentation and liaising with advisers and third parties to complete the records.
  • Analysing existing financial arrangements and researching suitable solutions aligned with our investment proposition.
  • Preparing cash flow models and insightful financial reports that help clients make informed decisions.
  • Producing tax calculations and managing complex technical aspects of financial planning.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations.
  • Supporting colleagues through knowledge sharing and occasional reception cover where needed.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience as a Paraplanner or in technical support within an IFA, wealth management, or financial planning environment.
  • Qualified (or working towards) Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear, client-friendly reports.
  • Knowledge of cash flow modelling and current financial planning strategies.
  • A proactive mindset, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
