Are you an experienced, qualified Planner looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior or Principal Planner to join a dynamic consultancy team in Norwich, supporting ambitious growth across diverse planning projects. If you're an RTPI-qualified planner with several years' experience in consultancy, development, or within a local authority, this role could be a great fit for you.

About the Role: As a key member of the Norwich team, you'll work on a wide variety of projects across Residential Development, Commercial, Education, and more. You'll provide critical planning advice, manage engagement with local authorities, and support clients' strategic development needs through:

  • Developing commercial, client-focused planning strategies.
  • Proactively managing communication with local planning authorities and key stakeholders.
  • Preparing strong, evidence-based planning cases and submissions.
  • Representing clients' commercial interests at all stages of the planning process.
  • Preparing high-quality Development Plan Representations.
