Corporate and Commercial Solicitor – Norwich

Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join their friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly regarded law firm with a strong commercial client base.

How does the day-to-day look?

  • Handle a diverse caseload of commercial matters.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and business transactions.
  • Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial issues.
  • Assist clients in the formation and structuring of business entities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in business transactions.
  • Review and interpret legal documents to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Manage disputes and resolve conflicts related to commercial agreements.
  • Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to achieve favourable outcomes.
  • Stay updated on changes in commercial and corporate law to advise clients accordingly.

You will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years' Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in corporate and commercial law.
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial law and contract drafting.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse complex legal documents.
  • Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00am – 17:00pm
