The property department is currently working to full capacity, and they have identified a need for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to handle a busy caseload of files from start to finish. With work constantly being referred, the increase of instructions has prompted the firm to recruit an additional Residential Property Lawyer to undertake a full and varied caseload of residential property transactions including remortgages, sales and purchases of residential properties and freehold and leasehold matters.THE CANDIDATE:Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers and also non-qualified fee earners who have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in handling their own residential property caseload from initial instruction through to completion.
