Atkinson Moss have been excusively engaged to assist our client with the recruitment of a UK&I InHouse Counsel to cover for a period of maternity leave c. 15-18 months. This client is within the renewable energy sector.

  • Role: InHouse Counsel for UK&Ireland
  • Fully Remote (Part Time 24 hours). Can be worked either 3 full days or short 4/5 days if preferred.
  • Salary: c. £80,000-100,000 FTE
  • Duration is c. 15-18 months with a required start date in April or May (latest)

Must be UK Qualified

Typical baseline duties would be:

  • Preparation, negotiation or review of consultant appointments, EPC contracts, sub-contracts, bonds, parent company guarantees, collateral warranties, framework agreements in relation to our clients projects;
  • Providing internal advice in relation to construction legal matters and risk management;
  • Providing legal support in respect of projects undergoing in Ireland, namely: the negotiation of supply contracts, consultant appointments, collateral warranties, framework agreements. Liaising with our clients Irish legal advisors.
  • Negotiation of supply contracts;
