Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Norwich

Contract Personnel are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor for a highly established solicitors firm to join their friendly Norwich team.

How does the day-to-day look?

  • Managing a caseload of residential sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold transactions.
  • Preparing SDLT forms and handling other property-related transactions.
  • Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Liaising with clients and third parties to ensure smooth and timely progress of cases.
  • Supporting and collaborating with other team members to achieve shared goals.

You will have:

  • Law Degree (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
  • Minimum Two years PQE.
  • Must have a proven track record in managing residential transactions from inception to completion.
  • Experience in handling complex client matters and providing clear legal advice.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
