This role is a pivotal position in the company and you will be a liaison between the smooth running of departments in relation to quality based practises.Main duties will include – • Develop, monitor and improve quality control procedures• Train, lead and manage staff to ensure they comply with our quality processes• Test new products to the relevant quality standards• Ensuring all processes meet safety and legal standards• Perform internal audits and approval audits (ISO, BSI, Apragaz etc)• Stay up to date with industry trends and adapt to any changesCandidate Attributes –  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong research, development and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop and implement innovative solutions to our production line  Good knowledge and understanding of quality control processes, procedures, industry standards and regulations  Excellent leadership and management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office 5+ years of experience in quality controlSkills:Quality, Manager, Quality Control, Manufacturing, ISO, Training, Microsoft office, Leadership, Communication skillsQualifications:ISO Based, Own transportKeywords:Quality, Manager, Quality Control, Manufacturing, ISO, Training, Microsoft office, Leadership, Communication skills
