R13 Recruitment are working alongside a long-standing legal firm to in their search for an Entry Level Paralegal to join their Norwich-based team. This position would ideally suit a graduate looking for an opportunity within the legal sector.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Norwich but with occasional travel to other local offices. The salary for this position is competitive, depending on experience.

The day to day

  • Managing a caseload, ensuring clients and third parties are regularly updated.
  • Developing strong working relationships with clients, ensuring they receive a great service.
  • Ensuring caseload targets are met and exceeded.
  • Communicating to clients in writing, via email and on the telephone.
  • Preparing correspondence & legal documents.
  • Reviewing documentation and keeping accurate records of case materials.

You will have/be

  • Strong administration, IT & Research skills.
  • The ability to digest and analyse complex information.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to liaise between clients and third parties.
  • Self-motivated and ability to manage workload effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
