Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our Equipment Management operation at our Morrisons RRU site in Stockton. This operation is all about recycling and reuse which is an important part of the supply chain, ensuring equipment management and repair support to the customer and their distribution operations.

This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working any 4 days from 7, 17:00 – 03:00. However, we do ask for some flexibility on the hours worked to support the operation when required.

We’re offering an hourly rate of £14.60 per hour, inclusive of night shift allowance. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Lead your team in a fast-paced reverse operation
  • Coordinate tasks to ensure all activity is completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Deal with all returned products and equipment
  • Support the shift manager with engaging the team and reacting to the varying inbound workloads

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible with hours and shift patterns
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
