About Us: Our client is an established food manufacturer, dedicated to producing high-quality food products for their customers. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, they are expanding their team and looking for a Warehouse Administrator on a temporary basis to help them to maintain their operational efficiency. This has the scope to progress to a permanent role for the right candidate.

Position Overview: As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the warehouse operations. You will be responsible for managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help us maintain our commitment to quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Despatch paperwork

· Raising pick notes

· Allocating stock

· Stock adjustments

· Cycle counts/stock counts

· Support with transport management

· Dealing with hauliers that arrive on site

· Answering any queries the forktruck team have with orders/picks

· Liaising with our internal customer services team around order queries



Qualifications:

· Relevant experience in warehouse administration preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

· Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
