Role Overview: As a Multi-Skilled Engineer at Anglian you'll be an integral part of our engineering team, working on diverse projects that demand a range of technical skills. Your expertise will be put to the test as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimise and eliminate production downtimes. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our products are of the highest quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise your proficiency in reading and understanding hydraulic and pneumatic drawings to diagnose, troubleshoot, and rectify technical issues efficiently.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new systems, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with fellow engineers, sharing insights and ideas to drive continuous improvement.
  • Perform regular maintenance and inspections, identifying potential problems before they escalate.
  • Keep meticulous records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, apprenticeship or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years of hands-on experience as a Multi Skilled Engineer
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Adaptability to handle a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
