R13 Recruitment are supporting a well-known business in their search for an Operations Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. You will provide integral support to the business’ operations department, ensuring client satisfaction and company KPI’s are met.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday with flexible hybrid options available. This role is offering up to £26,700 depending on experience.

The day to day

  • Working on client contracts, ensuring the efficient delivery of services within an agreed timeframe.
  • Producing quotes, invoices and rates associated with client contract.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to queries.
  • Ensuring compliance and attending meetings to identify any issues with contracts and working to resolve problems.
  • Providing comprehensive administration support, making sure records are accurately kept.

You will have/be

  • Minimum of GSCE or equivalent level qualification.
  • Strong administration skills and experience, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
  • Good IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms, particularly Excel and Word.
