We are currently recruiting a Site Manager / Superintendent to work on Gas projects in Norfolk.
What you'll be doing:
You'll ensure full compliance with CDM 2015 Regulations and promote a strong health & safety culture on-site.
Oversee Temporary Works Coordination, ensuring designs, approvals, and installations comply with safety and engineering standards.
Lead and coordinate all day-to-day site activities, ensuring smooth execution of the construction programme.
Maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and risk management in all site operations.
Act as the key point of contact between the site team, project management, designers, and external stakeholders.
Where you will be doing it:
You'll be working on a gas site in Bacton with a minimum of 50 hours per week (Monday - Friday: 7am - 5.30pm).
What you'll need:
10+ years' proven experience in construction site management preferably within the Petrochem/gas sector, with a strong emphasis on CDM and Temporary Works Coordination.
Extensive knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations and BS 5975 code of practice.
Mechanical pipework, civils background would be beneficial.
EUSR / SHEA Gas registration
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) Certification
NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely
