Contract Personnel are currently recruiting for Vehicle Refrigeration Operatives based in the South Norfolk area. Own transport is essential due to site location.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Installing refrigeration units to commercial panel vans working from a job specification
- Use hand tools and power tools
- Mount condenser units to the roof of vehicles and evaporator units to the load space
- Complete minor electrical installations - connect wiring looms and piping to a neat and high standard
- Any other duties as required
Shift pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 - 16:30
Please be aware National Living Wage (NLW) will be increasing from April 1st, therefore this pay rate will be increasing.
Experience/skills required:
- Experience with using hand/power tools
- Manufacturing/assembly experience preferred
- Adaptable: being able to adjust to changing situations and learn new things
- Good work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
