Aftersales Administrator – Norwich
Contract Personnel are looking for an Aftersales Administrator for a well-known car dealership company in the Norwich area.
How does the day-to-day look?
- Process service orders, maintain accurate customer records and update service histories
- Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accurate billing and timely payments
- To liaise with customers, Technicians and Workshop Control, whilst vehicles are in the workshop to update on any additional work required, providing an estimate of costs involved to the customer, maximising every opportunity to up-sell.
- Liaise with the Parts Department to ensure the correct and timely ordering of any parts required.
- Ensure that the customer vehicle is ready to be handed back at the time agreed and explain what work has been carried out against the invoice in order that the customer recognises value for money.
- To manage receipt of customer payments and reconciliation against invoices. To be aware of Company debtors and follow Company Policy accordingly.
- To assist the Aftersales Manager with the investigation and resolution of customer complaints or issues.
- To administer and maintain accurate record keeping which enables efficient customer service and follow up.
- To read, understand and comply at all times with the Company Health and Safety Policy and Procedures.
- To adhere to any manufacturer specific requirements or standards, including Warranty and Audits.Â
You will have:
- Attention to Detail to ensure all paperwork, orders, and service requests are processed accurately
- Motor Industry experience
- Previous aftersales support experience
- Exposure to CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems or ERP software is often preferred.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:30am – 5:00pm (Saturday 08:30am – 12:30pm on rotation)
Salary: £27,560
