Our client is looking for 3 HR BP to join them for a 6-9 month contract.  This is hybrid model; and offers free parking when on site.

Provide effective support, guidance and advice to managers and employees. Support the delivery of strategic and operational HR projects and initiatives that maximise performance and enable all employees to engage and contribute to the development of the organisation and designated directorates.

  • Provide strategic and day-to-day HR leadership to the business to help drive delivery of the HR Strategy.
  • Use experience, skills and knowledge to make a positive impact and facilitate key areas such as change management, organisational design, employee engagement and performance management.
  • Assist in building strong talent pipelines and drive the resourcing plans within the designated business area(s).
  • Work with Management teams to ensure that organisational talent is defined and developed; dealing proactively with high and low performance. Able to challenge the status quo and hold moderation sessions.
  • Provide up to date knowledge of the legal framework within which HR operates; provide input in respect of developing policies in line with current legislation and keep up to date with HR best practice and workplace trends.
  • To agree the strategy for case management to ensure that risk is managed effectively for the group.
  • Advise both the business and HR team on complex ER matters.
  • Interpret people data and analytics to assist the SMT with the measurement of trends and patterns, which influence decision-making and help drive continuous improvement and increase performance.
  • Be the HR contact point for initiatives across a wide range of HR activities including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management.
  • To provide a comprehensive suite of workshops that cover management responsibilities to deliver best practise HR. For example, absence management and difficult conversations. 
  • Coach and mentor the HR Team.
  • Uses a variety of methods and sources to gather relevant data. Records and stores data in an accurate and safe manner. Knows where and how to source accurate data which is relevant to the performance of your role. Follows up quickly and appropriately on any reported or suspected data breaches. Understands the data you work with and takes responsibility for ensuring it’s accuracy
  • Undertakes any other duties and responsibilities of an equivalent nature as required
  • Demonstrable knowledge of current thinking in Human Resources issues and trends and evidence of Continuing Professional Development;
  • Previous experience of operating in a business partner model, working with local managers to create positive business outcomes.
  • Managing large scale change programmes such as TUPE or reorganisations.
  • Excellent relationship building and influencing capability.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to be flexible in your approach.
  • Considerable attention to detail and experience of using data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to all levels of the organisation.
