- Working alongside the People and Culture Manager to manage the implementation and compliance of all people related policies and ensure these are aligned across The Jarrold Group.
- Guide and support managers and colleagues on employment law, employment relation issues and HR policy and HR procedure.
- Advise and support managers on recruitment and onboarding.
- Promote and drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the business.
- Manage organisational changes including restructures, acquisitions, and TUPE transfers.
- Understand key challenges in each business and how the People and Culture Team can support these.
- Support the delivery and regular review of people plans and the people strategy.
- Identify and implement training, and learning and development initiatives to support performance, career development and progression.
- Support strategic workforce planning initiatives that focus on the present and future needs of the business.
- Pro-actively promote and support inclusive work environments and practices across the Group.
