Position:Ā Administrative Support Assistant

About the Role:Ā Are you looking for your first office job? We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to provide administrative support within a professional services business.

  • Admin Duties:

    • Manage all inbound/outbound post
    • Handle document/deeds management, ensuring proper scheduling and posting
    • Coordinate DocuSign for legal execution of documents
    • Maintain digital filing systems
    • Obtain and acknowledge lease documentation for tenancy changes
    • Organize couriers as needed
    • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Office Duties:

    • Maintain central resources for the Norwich office (staff lists, equipment, mailboxes, etc.)
    • Keep Health & Safety records, including accident recording and monthly fire checks
    • Maintain the external visitors log
    • Manage the leaver/joiner process
    • Order stationary/IT equipment
    • Liaise with contractors for lighting tests
    • Conduct weekly fire alarm tests and maintain logbook
    • Manage security software, office access, and ID cards
    • Process office invoices (cleaners, maintenance, etc.)
    • Organise quarterly social events and other activities
    • Perform other duties as assigned
