Overview of role

To assist the project managers to efficiently and accurately process orders through our internal procedures, systems and software. Focusing on the highest level of accuracy and customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Process orders through our internal software and generate customer documentation.
  • Contacting internal and external customers
  • Ensuring projects are kept on track to quoted customer timelines
  • Checking the accuracy of internal and external orders
  • Creating purchase orders
  • Providing feedback to the technical department on errors or improvements to the software
  • Checking the accuracy of drawings and internal order information
  • Providing regular updates to customers
  • Completing administrative tasks relating to orders
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases
  • Working with Microsoft packages
  • Understanding the core products and knowledge of each system.

Experience

  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages
