The Role

Involves overseeing asset compliance and performance across the region, including NHS PS deliverables and the CoBP. Responsibilities include managing trackers, reports, and project finances, supporting SPC Managers with contractual, financial, and lifecycle obligations, and ensuring compliance through reviews and audits. The role also includes maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring quality assurance, and providing support to fulfil Management Services Agreement obligations.

What do you need to bring to the table?

  • Significant experience in the operation and management of PFI healthcare projects in the operational phase
  • A postgraduate qualification or membership of a relevant professional body (MCIOB, MRICS) is desirable.
  • Experience in hard FM & asset replacement
