Company & Project: A successful main contractor operating across multiple sectors including: Commercial, Education, Higher Education, Residential, Mixed-Use and Healthcare are seeking to recruit an experienced an effective Senior Project Manager to complement their Construction Management team, based in Norfolk, leading a c£15m New Build project starting on site around May 2025.

Our client has an established reputation in the regional main contracting market and the new opportunity is due to successful project wins starting on site in 2025. The company prides itself on the success of its employees, many of which have been with the company for many years.


Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for overseeing one technically complex project initially. You will be working closely with the pre-construction team to take management of the project ahead of starting on site in mid-2025, liaising with site delivery teams throughout the project to oversee the project to completion.

The successful candidate will have an active role in the management of the planning, design and contract administration on the project on an ongoing basis.

You will be need to be an excellent communicator, with a track record for successfully delivering projects on time, to a high quality and promoting excellent standards of Health and Safety.

Desirable Experience:

  • Previously held a Project Manager role with a Main Contractor.
  • Previous experience leading projects c£10m+.
  • Exceptional client facing and management skills, experience in leading teams of c15 staff.
  • Previous Roles: Senior Construction Manager OR Contracts Manager OR Project Manager OR Senior Project Manager.


Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or NVQ or trade background or comparable qualification.
CSCS Card, SMSTS
