R13 are currently supporting the search for a Customer Demand Planner to join a fantastic business in Norwich.The purpose of this role will be to plan demand, maintain minimum stock levels and ensure customer demand for products is being met.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Norwich, working to Monday to Friday, and offering a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience + annual bonus. Hybrid working available once training has been completed.

Duties to include:

  • Providing support to the supply chain team.
  • Generating accurate forecasts of requirements and maintaining the product range.
  • Producing, editing and processing all orders & invoices, matching invoices and documentation to customers.
  • Developing working relationships with customers.
  • Monitoring supplier performance.

You will have/be:

  • Experience of working in Supply Chain, Logistics or Procurement would be desirable.
  • Strong negotiation and management skills.
  • An ability to engage and communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • The ability to multitask and to work to deadlines in a busy environment.
  • A proactive team-player who is willing to learn.
