Our client, a well-respected independent Estate Agency are seeking a Lettings Manager to join their close-knit team in the Norwich area.

This is an exciting opportunity to progress into an Associate Director of the business! This opportunity is not to be missed!

As a Lettings Manager, you will be offered:

  • Basic salary between £40,000-£50,000 DOE
  • Results-based bonuses for new business and management with KPI for share options
  • Full support from the Director of the business
  • 5 day working week

Duties of a Lettings Manager:

  • Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
  • Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.

What you will require to be a successful Lettings Manager:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Lettings Manager
  • Proven track record as a Lettings Manager
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to own car
  • Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
  • A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills
  • Attention to detail
