Atkinson Moss are delighted to be working with a leading Norwich based firm in their search for a full-time receptionist. This is a great opportunity working within a professional and friendly environment covering a busy reception desk and providing support to their archive team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact on the reception desk for visitors face to face and over the phone
- Providing support with incoming post and dliveries
- Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are set up and fir for purpose
- Supporting the archiving team with physical and electronic document archiving
The successful candidate will possess:
- Previous reception experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- A professional and friendly demeanour with the ability to work under pressure
- Great IT skills
This is a permanent and full-time opportunity working Monday - Friday and offering a salary of up to £24,000.
