I am actively recruiting a receptionist who will operate as the first point of contact for both internal and external visitors to a main reception, which encompasses different companies.

This opportunity is temporary assignment for 1-2 weeks, with the working days of Monday-Friday with the hours of 9:00am-17:00pm.

Main duties will include (but not limited to):

Meeting and greeting clients
Answering incoming calls
Ensuring all visitors are checked in
Ensuring all visitors have car checked in
Dealing with post
Supporting with admin duties
Making tea and coffee for guests
Keeping the front area clean and tidy visible to visitors

Previous Receptionist or admin experience is essential.
