35K salary plus commission (OTE 45K)
My clientis the UK's largest exclusive lead generation company, specialising in high-quality, GDPR-compliant leads for solar panels, double glazing, heat pumps, boilers, and insulation.
Role Overview:They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in client relations and has a knack for identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in expanding their client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition:Proactively engage with potential clients to introduce and sell our high-quality, exclusive leads.
- Relationship Management:Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Market Research:Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
- Strategic Outreach:Utilise various outreach methods (no cold calling - think strategic engagement and relationship-building) to connect with potential clients.
- Presentations & Proposals:Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Performance Tracking:Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
