Day-to-day of the role:- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students across Key Stages 3 and 4, and potentially Key Stage 5.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to foster improvement.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices in teaching methodologies.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enhance the educational experience of students.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
- Proven experience teaching Maths at secondary level.
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain a conducive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
