Atrium Healthcare is thrilled to be partnering with a dynamic client in search of a Business Support Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to shine in a pivotal role. You'll be supporting the Head of Business Services and senior management to ensure the seamless operation of daily office and support activities.
 
This is a part-time position, just 3 days a week.
 
About the Role:
 
As our Business Support Manager, you will be the friendly face and go-to person for internal and external inquiries, managing the web-based HR program with a proactive approach. You will play a crucial role in making the recruitment process a breeze for new hires, ensuring they experience a smooth and welcoming onboarding journey. Your support will extend to daily HR and back-office tasks, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
 
A key part of your role will be to champion employee wellbeing program. You'll work closely with wellbeing champions to implement the action plan and provide staff with the resources they need to thrive.
 
You will also take the reins on coordinating quarterly board meetings-preparing and circulating papers, attending meetings, and taking minutes with precision. Your keen attention to detail and ability to work independently will be invaluable.
