On behalf of my client, I am recruiting for an exciting new role. This is an exciting opportunity for a Showroom Manager to join their team at a brand-new, state-of-the-art showroom in Kings Lynn. This role is ideal for an experienced Sales Executive, Sales Team Leader, or Transaction/Business Manager looking to take the next step in their career. As the Showroom Manager, you will be the driving force behind their showroom, inspiring your team to exceed sales targets and ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless car buying experience.
- Annual Salary: £30K basic - £50K OTE
- Location: Kings Lynn, Norfolk
- Job Type: Permanent
- Working Hours: Full Time - 5 day working week (weekend rota applies)
- Lead and motivate a sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and ensure an exceptional buying experience for all customers.
- Oversee daily operations in our state-of-the-art showroom, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Implement strategies to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of all vehicle models, features, and services offered
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and sales.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Team Leader, or Transaction/Business Manager in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Valid driver's licence is required.
