Learning Support Worker
  • Location: Norwich, Norfolk
  • Hourly Rate: £13 - £14.50
  • Job Type: Full-time, Term Time Only (Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm)
  • Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking a motivated and caring Learning Support Worker to join our team in Norwich. As a Learning Support Worker, you will support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education and ensuring a positive learning experience for all students.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
  • Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Assist with classroom management and organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
  • A patient, empathetic, and positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or child development is an advantage.
