Job Opportunity: Support Worker (Mental Health and Complex Needs)
Location: London
Contract: Initial 3-month contract
Salary: £12£13 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Requirements: Must be a car driver

We are seeking a committed and compassionate Support Worker to join our team, providing recovery-focused, psychologically informed support to individuals with mental health and complex needs.

Role Purpose:
  • Deliver outcome-focused interventions and personalised support to empower individuals.
  • Use a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) approach to help people manage their mental health, improve physical health, and build support networks.
  • Champion equality, inclusion, and empowerment for all service users, including BME and LGBT+ groups.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored, one-to-one support, developing personalised recovery plans.
  • Act as a navigator, connecting individuals with community resources and specialist services.
  • Promote mental health awareness and community engagement to reduce stigma.
  • Maintain accurate records and collaborate with professionals to ensure high-quality care.
