Job Description:We are currently seeking an Admin Assistant to join our team in Norwich, Norfolk, within the Facilities Management industry. This is a contract postion for 6 months.
Job Duties:- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Support the team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
- Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and order as necessary
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Relevant vocational qualification in Administration or similar field is desirable
- Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Office-based role in Norwich, Norfolk
- Standard full-time working hours
- 8:30am-5:00pm / 9:00am - 5:30pm (on hour lunch)
