Berry Recruitment are seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a busy team in a permanent role,
After site-specific training, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimising production equipment. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills, with formal electrical qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational checks and support production with equipment setup.
- Diagnose and repair breakdowns, implementing preventative solutions.
- Conduct planned maintenance.
- Oversee contractors to ensure quality standards.
- Participate in required training and provide out-of-hours support when needed.
Requirements
- Experience or apprenticeship trained engineer
- Qualifications within engineering
- Strong knowledge within engineering and safe working practices.
- Mechanical and electrical fault-finding experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week + overtime at an enhanced rate
Shifts: Rotating early and late shifts weekly - Earlys 6am-16:00 (4 days a week) Lates-14:00-22:00 (Monday-Friday)
Salary: Up to 48,500 per annum
