Here at Contract Personnel, we are recruiting an experienced Plant Hire Controller, to join our very successful client on the outskirts of Norwich city.
A successful candidate will have multiple years of experience within a Hire Controller role, as well as knowledge and experience within the Plant industry. The successful candidate will be working alongside the Plant manager to assist in the day to day running of an extremely busy and fast-paced environment.
The Role
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Processing customer orders (hire bookings)
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ensuring company computer systems are up to date, with knowledge of what machinery is available
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Contacting customers by phone and email
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Handling customer quotes and enquiries
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Building a rapport with customers
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Liaising with
Contract: Full time, permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 16:00pm
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 DOE
Location: Horsford

Requirements
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â MUST HAVE Plant Hire experience (candidates without relevant experience will not be considered)
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience of working within the hire industry (desirable)
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Excellent customer service skills
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Brilliant time-keeper
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong computer skills (MS packages are a must)
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong phone manner
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Very well organised
