Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant

Job Purpose:
The School is seeking a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team, providing individualized support to students with Autism and Severe Learning Difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Available Monday to Friday Hours: 8:45 am - 3:45 pm
- Provide 1:1 and group support to students with Autism and Severe Learning Difficulties.
- Assist teachers in planning, delivering, and evaluating lessons.
- Develop and implement behavioral support strategies.
- Monitor student progress and report to teachers and parents.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students with sensory integration, communication, and emotional regulation needs.

Requirements:
- Experience working with students with Autism and Severe Learning Difficulties.
- Level 2/3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (Optional).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
