About the Role:

Career Teachers is seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Teaching Assistants to join our team in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school located in North Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to students with a range of special educational needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and physical impairments.
  • Assist the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and support students in achieving their learning goals.
  • Foster a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere.
  • Help with personal care tasks as needed.

Requirements:
